The challenge

The challenge was that Raven wanted to implement a more structured approach to the review and implementation of procurement across the business. They also required greater, all round expertise in procurement and contract management. 

So they looked to Service Matters to work in partnership with our experienced procurement specialists together with a housing background.

What we did

Initial scoping interviews were conducted with the customer to sense check what they believed they wanted matched their business goals.

A revised approach to procuring across the business was recommended. We then acted as a critical friend and provided trusted advice through analysis which led to a best practice being adopted and financial savings.
