Yarlington Housing group had previously trialled an approach to Business Improvement but felt it was not for them. They looked for something more closely linked to the housing sector but still allowing for a well-known, professional approach. So they came to Service Matters.

  • Cashable savings of £2,331
  • Net savings equate to £24,861 for the year

What we did

We guided Yarlington through a complete tailored lean champion training programme whilst helping them to understand the Lean methodology, along with tools and techniques they could use for a process review. We adapted these tools and techniques to best suit Yarlington Housing group. We listened and gained understanding of past problems and where they wanted to be in the future and provided a plan of how they could achieve their objectives.
