Clare Richards

Clare has seventeen years of experiences working in insurance from claims handling to operational and strategic reviews.  
 
She has exposure to UK and Global Insurance programs.
 
Responsibilities:   Risk Identification, Program Design and Development, Claims Control and Health and Safety, Internal Operational Controls and Measures, Management of Milestone Targets to ensure service is delivered and actual reductions seen in costs.
 
Clare was seconded to a local County Council for 2 years to support the internal insurance and risk team.  She reviewed all Directorates to promote collaboration across the operating associations and successfully improved management and cost control of risk and insurance.
 
Clare was also appointed as a member of an internal Think Tank to brainstorm ideas which suit individual customers needs rather than a one method fits all.
