Colette has extensive experience of senior management within customer services and contact centre management in Housing, Retail and Financial Services.

She is responsible for the multi-channel customer service centre where she recently introduced web chat to support advancing the organisations digital strategy.

She is passionate to deliver excellent standards of customer services. She strongly believes in offering customers choice of channel and in using the “Voice of the Customer” through customer feedback, to understand and meet the needs of customers.
