Lorna Baker

Lorna joined Service Matters in November 2015, having moved from Methodist Homes (MHA), one of Britain’s largest charities providing services to older people where she was responsible for implementing and delivering a first generation insourced procurement function.

Lorna brings experience from both the public and third sector and was awarded the National Outsourcing Association Award for Academic Achievement in 2012 for research into supplier relationships. She is committed to delivering excellence in procurement through the application of fair and transparent process and is experienced in the use of New Engineering Construction Contracts (NEC contracts).

Her areas of specialism include contract management, tender processing and relationship management.
