Steve joined Service Matters in October 2012, after previously working at Bromford Group delivering the procurement process for a wide variety of contract areas.
Previous to working in a formal procurement role he was responsible for producing tender documentation, specifications, monitoring performance levels and monitoring contract management for a number of large contracts.
Steve has held a variety of roles including Service Contracts Manager, Supported Housing Property Manager, Business Assurance Manager and Head of Asset Management Services where he has dealt with the sourcing and operational delivery of large Planned, Cyclical, Service and Reactive type contracts.
His areas of specialism include spend analysis, category management, asset management, contract management and compliance.
