Tom Leon-Grimes

Tom is an external consultant for Service Matters, and engages with all levels of staff, using his passion of improvement to drive the agendas forward, whilst incorporating Lean methodology.

Previous experience includes frontline housing management, performance management, data analysis and database design, of which all supports the fundamentals of Business Improvement.

Internally, Tom is a Business Improvement Consultant for Orbit, and acts as Business Partner for Orbit's Build and Sales Development arm. This involves identifying areas for improvement and working with operational and senior staff to deliver these, cross functions.
